I have the same problem. Can y'all please help me as well?
I had the free 5GB storage, but then I purchased the Part 365, and tried getting the OneDrive on my computer to sync correctly and even though information technology says I practise have over 1TB, my files aren't syncing correctly in the windows folders because it says I don't have enought storage. This is the reason I paid for the Office365, so I'd be able to store and back up my files! I am paying for this, it needs to piece of work. Delight let me know what to do to go this fixed. I have Windows 10.

Hello,
I am logged into the right account because it shows the 1TB drive bachelor. Because from my windows folder, I correct click on the One Drive in the libraries and click on View Online. It opens up the Microsoft I Bulldoze account.
Information technology seems like it only is uploading folders and not files on the account. I tried to exercise it from the online account equally well every bit from the windows folders. It is syncing the folders that I add and delete. I tried to delete everything then first over again. When I deleted the folders, information technology did seem to sync accordingly and get rid of the folders I deleted. Then, I copied the Document'south binder from my computer and pasted information technology onto the One Bulldoze in my windows folder. The folder copied over (viewing it on the online account as well as in the windows folders) BUT the Documents folder on the online one drive account showed but the files did not.... fifty-fifty though I can view the Documents binder AND files in the Windows ane bulldoze folder. Some of the files have a greenish bank check mark like they are uploaded/synced, some are not with the blood-red x, and some still have the blue circle arrows.
They type of files are all different types. PDFs, JPGS, PSDs, AIs, INDs, DOCs, etc.
Also, when I right click on the 1 Drive in my Windows folders, there is the choice to click on the Storage Full Get More, which should not be correct, considering I've already purchased plenty.
Now, I am getting emails from a different email account proverb my I Bulldoze is full. How can you double check to brand sure my Windows folder One Drive is the right business relationship?

I accept 1 TB available on my OneDrive. After only using 96 GB it tell me I don't have enough space to copy more files. The files I am currently coping over are predominantly family photographs, so important to me. Please advise on how I tin can access to full 1 TB. I have been a Office 365 user for some 3 years now. Why can't I use the 1 TB I am paying for?

I have admission through my 365 subscription to 1TB of storage in OneDrive.
However I can merely access that full 1TB through the website, instead of from my desktop/bulldoze.
I tin't relieve any more than items to OneDrive through Windows Explorer because it tells me I don't have enough space, in spite of simply have 13GB of items saved to OneDrive through Explorer.
It appears that this 1TB doesn't exist and what I am saving through Explorer is pulling on my laptops SSD instead.
Which means I don't actually accept access to 1TB through OneDrive. Which is information technology? Do I have 1TB that I can use from Explorer or is information technology a pointless thing to admission through a web browser simply?
